The Schedule

Four events. Four courses.

Blainroe golf course
No. 01
Wicklow Coast

Blainroe

Date
Sat, Aug 29
Time
3:00 – 8:00 PM BST
Format
Singles Stableford, max handicap 18

max handicap to win is 18. If you have a higher handicap you are absolutely welcome to play but your max handicap to win will be 18.

1st prize
Winner gets a free round at Carne with Conor in 2027.

Blainroe sits on the clifftops just south of Wicklow town, overlooking the Irish Sea. On a clear day you'll see the Wicklow mountains one way and the coastline stretching out the other.

It's a proper clifftop parkland that rewards good ball striking - the wind off the sea plays a big role, even on days that feel calm at the car park. The back nine opens up to the clifftop and that's where the course really shows what it has. The par 3 17th is probably my favourite hole - exposed, with the sea behind the green.

I've been a member at Blainroe for years and it's one of those clubs that feels genuinely welcoming from the moment you walk in. The clubhouse is warm, the staff are great, and the course should be in great condition.

Format is Singles Stableford with a prize for 1st place. Limited spots - looking forward to seeing you there.

Winner of the Blainroe event gets a free round at Carne with Conor in 2027.

Macreddin golf course
No. 02
Wicklow Mountains

Macreddin

Date
Sat, Sep 5
Time
9:30 AM – 2:00 PM BST
Format
Singles Stableford, max handicap 18

max handicap to win is 18. If you have a higher handicap you are absolutely welcome to play but your max handicap to win will be 18.

1st prize
Winner gets a free round at Rosapenna, St. Patrick's with Conor in 2027.

Macreddin is a beautiful parkland right in the heart of the Wicklow mountains. It was the first course ever designed by Paul McGinley back in 2007 and he put a lot of work in to get his first design right — his words: "you only get one chance at a first impression."

The scenery is dramatic, especially on the back nine which features some of my favourite holes. The 4th is the one people remember most — a downhill par 3 where the green sits 100 feet below you.

Price includes buggies. Anyone who knows the course knows it's a long walk, especially between greens and tee boxes — buggies are optional but recommended.

The clubhouse on site is small — we'll meet there for check-in from 8:45am and head across to the beautiful Macreddin Village for lunch and a drink after the round. Max handicap to win is 18. If you have a higher handicap you are absolutely welcome to play but your max handicap to win will be 18.

Each event is limited to 9 spots (plus Conor). These will be small, intimate events so your chance of winning will be high.

Arklow golf course
No. 03
East Coast

Arklow

Date
Sun, Sep 13
Time
3:00 PM BST
Format
Singles Stableford, max handicap 18

max handicap to win is 18. If you have a higher handicap you are absolutely welcome to play but your max handicap to win will be 18.

1st prize
Winner gets a free round at Killeen Castle with Conor in 2027.

A hidden gem on Ireland's east coast — regularly ranked inside the country's top 70 and criminally underrated.

A tough, honest test of golf played over classic seaside terrain. The kind of course that rewards a smart game plan and punishes anything loose.

A brilliant way to close out the summer season — links-style golf at its most honest, on a course that deserves far more attention than it gets.

Each event is limited to 9 spots (plus Conor). These will be small, intimate events so your chance of winning will be high.

Woodenbridge golf course
No. 04
Vale of Avoca

Woodenbridge

Date
Sun, Sep 20
Time
1:40 PM BST
Format
Singles Stableford, max handicap 18

max handicap to win is 18. If you have a higher handicap you are absolutely welcome to play but your max handicap to win will be 18.

1st prize
Winner gets a free round at Druids Glen with Conor in 2027.

Woodenbridge sits in a valley called The Vale of Avoca and it's one of the most peaceful places for a game of golf.

It was once described as "The Augusta of Ireland" by Joe Carr. Easy to assume he was exaggerating — but Joe Carr was also Ireland's first ever member of Augusta, so his opinion carries weight.

I'm very excited to host a Roam Golf event here. A recent video I put up about Woodenbridge crossed 140k+ views and a lot of people messaged asking to organise a game — delighted to bring people to this special course.

Fee includes the game and a prize for 1st place. Max handicap to win is 18. If you have a higher handicap you are absolutely welcome to play but your max handicap to win will be 18. Can't wait to see you there. — Conor

Yes, don't worry nobody cares if you're not a scratch handicap. We just ask that if you play fast. If you're going to make a triple bogey or worse, just pick up and keep moving.
